Residential Hydroseeding Project in Prior Lake, MN

This project involved transforming a large new-construction yard in Prior Lake using our high-performance hydroseeding blend. The homeowner wanted fast, even germination and a durable lawn capable of handling full sun, heavy rain, and Minnesota temperature swings.

 

Our team performed soil preparation, final grading, and applied a premium hydroseed mix containing Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, and Fescue for optimal color, density, and drought tolerance.

 

Within just 7–10 days, germination was visible across the entire property, and by week 4 the lawn had developed a thick, uniform stand of grass.
